Our Staff

First class professionals have come together as a team to offer versatile psychological help, tailor - made for every organization and every individual.

 

Nurit Marcus, Ph.D. - Senior Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor, specialized in diagnostics and psychotherapy with adolescents and adults. M.A. and Ph.D. awarded by T.A.U.; specialized in both EMDR and EFT; authorized for Hypnosis - by the Israeli Health Ministry.

 

Previously Senior Psychologist and Supervisor at the Psychological Services of Tel Aviv University for 25 years parallel with running a private clinic. Co - founder and manager of the Michlol Institute.

 

Has versatile professional experience in counseling, treatment and accompaniment through anxieties, fears, crisis and trauma, applying a variety of methods and techniques; Is an experienced professional Supervisor. Special expertise in EFT, a technique of Psychological Acupuncture; supervises professionals in groups and runs workshops on EFT.

 

Specialized in Holistic Treatment of organizations and individuals; experienced in the treatment of stress, trauma, pain, fear and psychosomatic symptoms; low self esteem, detrimental believes and patterns; fertility and health issues; as well as psychological accompaniment of illness. 

 

Versed in Healing and Transpersonal Psychology; applies these in therapy when they harmonize with the client’s personal philosophy.

 

 

 

Menashe Cohen, M.A. - Senior Clinical Psychologist, specialist in diagnostics and psychotherapy with adults. Was accredited the M.A. in both Clinical and Social Psychology at T.A.U.; graduated the School for Psychotherapy at T.A.U. and studied hypnosis in T.A.U. School of Medicine.

 

Work experience: over twenty five years in private practice; was Head of the Vocational Counseling Unit at T.A.U and Supervisor of teams in drug addiction communities. Has gained abundant experience in the treatment of army veterans and participated in military medical – psychiatric committees.

 

Rich background and experience in trauma treatment, applying a wide variety of techniques and methods, like relaxation, hypnosis, EMDR and TBT, a method developed by him.

 

Co - founder of the Michlol Institute; and manager at both Idan and Michlol Institutes.


 

 

Iris Avidor, M.A. – Psychologist; awarded the M.A. in Rehabilitation Psychology by Bar Ilan University; completed her internship at the Schneider Children’s Health Center. Was Psychologist at the League for the Prevention of Tuberculosis; and at the Childrens’ Clinic for Chronic Pain at the Schneider Health Center.

 

Nowadays is Psychologist at the Psychological – Educational Services of Nes Ziona; runs her own private practice and is a member of the core team of the Michlol Institute.

 

Investigates the reciprocal interaction between body and soul with every client from the holistic perspective; Treats problems from all domains of life; applies a variety of treatment methods: cognitive – behavioral therapy, dynamic therapy, guided imagery, biofeedback, kinesiology and more.

 

 

 

Nurit Haran, Ph.D. – Physiologist; Ph.D. awarded by the Weizmann Institute; post-doctorate at the University of California; was researcher at the Weizmann Institute; has been conducting research for many years at Kaplan Hospital.

 

Specializes in Chinese Medicine; Biofeedback; Shiatsu and Cognitive -Behavioral Therapy; combines Acupuncture and Biofeedback for the treatment of chronic pain, high blood pressure and anxieties. Treats both children and adults.

 

Administers Biofeedback at the Clinic for Complementary Medicine of the Kaplan Hospital; treats with Biofeedback and Chinese Acupuncture in her Private Clinic. Is a member of the core team of the Michlol Institute.

 

 

 

Nohar Nov, Ph.D. – was awarded the M. A. and Ph.D. degrees by Tel Aviv University; Specialist in Clinical Psychology - in the domains of diagnostics and psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children. For several years was Practicing Psychologist at the Psychological Services, Tel Aviv University and at the Mental Health Center in Ramat Chen.

 

Experience in short and long term individual psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults, parents’ counseling and group psychotherapy. Has expertise in psychotherapeutic work with autistic children and their families and in play therapy utilizing pets.

 

Rich experience in teaching psychology at university and at other institutes. Nowadays, private clinical psychologist and member of the core team of the Michlol Institute.


 

 

 

Jonatan Kulka, M.A. – Specialist in Clinical Psychology and Yoga teacher; was awarded the M. A. degree at Bar Ilan University.

 

Practices yoga for fifteen years, has graduated the course for Senior Yoga Teachers in the Wingate Institute and applies yoga knowledge in his psychological practice.

 

Specializes in Dynamic Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing and EMDR and integrates them into his counseling and psychotherapy; specializes in the treatment of trauma victims; guides workshops on Somatic Experiencing, for both laymen and professionals. Nowadays is private practitioner; works at the Natal Clinic; and is member of the core team of the Michlol Institute.


 

 

 

Masha Moses, M.A. – Clinical Psychologist; specialized in psychotherapy with adolescents and adults; integrates a variety of techniques in her work: Guided imagery; Relaxation; EMDR and EFT.

 

Very experienced in short and long term psychotherapy; couple therapy and guidance for parents, as well as in psychological diagnostics and the diagnostics of learning disabilities.

 

Previously Psychologist at Shiba Medical Center, at T.A. University Center for Psychological Services, at Pardesia Hospital, at Nitzanim Boarding School for adolescents with a psychiatric background,  in the Ben Dror Institute for diagnostics of learning disabilities and in Zaad Institute for diagnosis and treatment of children.

 

Nowadays practices in private practice and is a member of the core team of the Michlol Institute.

 


 

Dani Roth, M.A. Clinical Psychologist, specialized in psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children. M. A. degree awarded by Tel Aviv University.

 

Is looking into the issues of the connections and the relationships between “heaven and earth” for many years; trying to plant his feet on the ground while keeping his head in the clouds; absorbing from both the western, modern, rational, scientific and from the eastern, holistic, transcendental, spiritual into his world-view .

 

Is educated in the classical, Psychoanalytically oriented Psychology and is practicing various spiritual practices, revolving around Buddhism. Is training Vipasana for many years and is a Vipasana trainer.

 

In his practice, he combines Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with Hypnosis, Meditation and the study of the soul through spiritual techniques.

 

Practices in private practice and is a member of the core team of the Michlol Institute.

 

 

Reli Vardi, M.A. – Is specialized in Clinical Psychology; M.A. degree awarded by Tel Aviv University; trained in group guidance.

 

Rich experience in the treatment of: anxiety; difficulties in interpersonal relationships; difficulties in functioning; accompaniment in periods of illness and crisis – conducts home visits when needed. Widely experienced in: comprehensive psychological diagnostics and in the diagnostics of school maturity.

 

Previously, she had the position of Psychologist at the Psychological Counseling Center of T.A. University and in governmental mental health clinics.
